The Oklahoma College Savings Plan is partnering with the Oklahoma Department of Libraries to sponsor the 2009 Summer Reading Program. Legal residents of the state of Oklahoma who are at least 21 years of age or older, are the parent or legal guardian of a child born after 1995 and who are participating in the 2009 Summer Reading Program may enter for a chance to win. Entry forms are available at all participating Oklahoma libraries or you may submit your entry online by completing the information below.
